83. Heal
"It... that... America... hurts..."
"I'm sorry it hurts,"
Japan shied away from the cotton ball of peroxide, tears of pain stinging the burns on his cheeks. After the bombings, Kiku basically became isolated once more. He did not let China come in to try to help, since he was once of the Allied Powers. It finally took Alfred to come over and literally barge in and see first hand what the bombings had done to the strong nation. It horrified beyond words.
Kiku's cheeks were burnt the least. His upper torso and arms were covered in wounds and burns both minor and major. Whenever he coughed, he coughed up blood. His lower torso and legs were mostly covered in cuts with a burn here and there. When Alfred burst in, the Japanese nation looked ready to collapse. He did, falling forwards in America's waiting arms.
America sighed. That had been a month or so ago. The burns and cuts on Japan's lower torso and legs were all healed, but the burns and wounds on his upper torst and cheeks were still healing, if not slowly. He had mostly stopped coughing up blood, unless a major fit of coughing wracked him dizzy. "C'mere, Kiku." The American slid closer to the Japanese male, holding a thick patch of bandages to tape to Kiku's cheeks.
After securing the bandages to the burns, Alfred rifled through the bag he had brought with him, pulling out a thick roll of white bandages. He pulled off Kiku's jacket (earning a pained whimper) and set to work swathing Kiku's burnt and wounded arms and chest in them.
It would be a long time before Japan fulled healed, and even then he would be different.

Dear Feliciano - Chap. 9
Panting and crying, Feliciano bolted through the rough, dry underbrush of the Russian tundra. His uniform was torn and bloody in more places than one. He still saw the wild eyes of Belarus as she approached him, gun in hand. They were haunting him.
There. There it was... In the distance. Russia's house. His final destination. Hell on Earth.
Checking to make sure his gun was still in its holster, he loaded it and continued forward. His heart was beating rapidly and Italy was sure that it could be heard. He took a deep breath and let it all out in one big huff. The cloud of mist swirled around him for a second before drifting quickly towards

My Dear America, Ch 3.
Nothing happened.
The breath rushed out of him in a broken sob, emerald eyes blinking too fast in an attempt to hold back the tears. “I’m sorry,” he breathed, bending to press a kiss to Alfred’s warm forehead. “I tried, I tried, I tried. I’m so sorry.”
He sat up abruptly, brows creasing into a frown. Warm? He peered more closely, and saw the faint flush of colour that graced Alfred’s cheeks. His eyelid fluttered and he slowly licked the last of the blood off his lips, tongue lingering uncertainly over the scarlet droplets.
And then, suddenly, he shot upright, coughing and spluttering, b

APH Scars
Italy simply stared at Germany in the rapidly fading moonlight. It was a worm summer night, or rather morning since the sun was starting to rise, so he wasn't wearing a shirt to bed, just boxers.
Italy reached out and gently slid his fingers over Germany's skin. He lightly traced Germany's lips.
He was sleeping on his stomach and he looked peaceful. A stressful week has gone by thankfully and with it a weekend where Germany can relax alongside Italy.
Their covers were on his lower back showing the bare skin.
And all the scars.
Germany's body was covered in scars he realized. On the front of him and the back. Even the sides.
